Expanding My Collection with Custom Made Patches
One of my
favorite things in the world is collecting patches from everywhere I visit. I
sew them on this great backpack I have that I carry with me everywhere. I love
that they are an inexpensive souvenir option that will last forever and that
they add quite a bit of color and interest to what used to be just a plain old
ugly backpack.
I’ve traveled to several countries and pretty much every state in the United
States, so I have a lot of patches that I have picked up along the way. For
people who like to collect things and pick up little souvenirs wherever they go,
patches really are a great option. They are inexpensive and don’t take up much
room, which are two of my favorite things about them.
Anyways, recently I had a new idea for the patches for my backpack. I still plan
to pick up a patch or two whenever I visit a new state or country, but now I’ve
decided to start getting custom made patches to add to my collection as well. I
don’t know why I never thought of this before. Custom made patches are the
perfect way for me to add more flare to my backpack (or other items) and I won’t
be limited by the selection of patches that I find in stores.
I’m pretty excited about expanding my patch collection to include a bunch of
custom made patches, now I just have to start coming up with my custom designs!
